Thanks to this project we have great pleasure to show you the unknown but surely worth seeing places of the Jelenia Góra Valley. Regularly, you can find us in Jakuszyce or a picturesque Bóbr Valley in Wojanów Palace.
Jakuszyce is the neighborhood of Szklarska Poręba situated at approx. 900 meters above sea level in the Izery Mountains. It is a perfect place for bike tourism which offers variety of bike routes in terms of difficulty including an ideal family with children trip along flat routes of Izery River banks
The expectations of more demanding bikers will be fulfilled by hundreds of kilometres of mountain bike routes situated in both Czech and Polish sides of the border including approx. 70 km. of single track routes in Nove Mesto pod Smrkem – MTB Paradise.
Another ideal place for bike tours is the Valley of Bóbr River which goes through the Jelenia Góra Valley. The flat route going along Bóbr River starts from palaces in Wojanów and Łomnica goes in the direction of Janowice Wielkie gives you the opportunity to experience beautiful and mountainous landscape of Rudawy Janowickie Mountains, the Ołowiane Mountains and the Karkonosze Mountains.
Bikers who prefer heavy MTB routes can find here a lot of kilometres of bike routes: excellent dirt roads, forest tracks. You can get really tired sourrounded by picturesque and out-of-the-way places.
We aslo recommend you trips in the Valley of Palaces and Gardens situated in the foothills of the Karkonosze Mountains. This is a unique comlex of 30 beautiful residences ranging from gothic castles and defense towers through courts, palaces and residences accompanied by picturesque areas of outstanding beauty.
